£10 – Could provide the choice of music. We all know how powerful music can be. It is evocative to our emotions and can stimulate memories. This has particular significance to our clients with Alzheimer’s and Dementia’.

£200 – would enable us to provide half a day of group Dance Movement psychotherapy that can enable people to feel safe, feel less isolated, come together creatively and experience a sense of belonging.

£500 – could enable someone with learning difficulties to access group Dance Movement Psychotherapy for six months. These sessions provide a safe environment for the client to find their own unique way to be expressive, understood and valued.

£2,500 could cover the cost of our annual and inspiring showcase. This is a platform for our clients to tell their stories and be seen, moving away from their labels and disabilities. This is an empowering experience for our clients and the audience, helping to bring the wider community together.
