Can I hire the hall in the evenings? |
Yes the hall can be hired at almost any time to suit. The only restrictions would be when Dance Voice requires the space, but this is not usually after 6pm. | Afternoons after 2.30pm Wed / Thurs / Fri / Sat Evening from 6.00pm with the last session from 8pm - 9pm T imes can be negotiated. |
Saturdays from 2pm - 7pm Sundays from 10am - 5pm
Times can be negotiate. |
Can I hire the hall on a regular basis? |
Yes, there is a diary held at Dance Voice and the hall can be hired on a regular basis. |
You would be issued with a set of keys, for which a deposit would be payable. | You would be responsible for cleaning, locking up and setting alarms at the end of your sessions. |
How do I pay? |
Usually on a one off hire you would pay at the time of booking with a non refundable fee with a £30.00 refundable cleaning deposit providing the premises are left clean at the end of your hire period. | If you hire the hall regularly then you would be invoiced on a monthly basis in arrears |
In all cases we would expect you to sweep the hall and leave all areas in a clean/tidy condition for the following group. NOTE: Because of the nature of the new floor, we would respectfully request that no stiletto type shoes are worn |
